To live, demonstrate and proclaim the life and message of Jesus Christ.

We are a group of people of different nationalities and backgrounds, learning together how to follow Jesus. We are a local church, committed to working alongside others to seek peace, justice and the flourishing of our neighbourhood and city.

We aim to be a friendly, welcoming church, where each person is valued and where there is space for questions, curiosity and wonder. We value being a multi-voiced church where people are free to contribute as they feel comfortable during times of worship, prayer and decision-making. We are committed to sharing God’s love, understanding our neighbourhood and to serving our local community.

We are members of Citizens UK and actively participate in our local chapter - Southwark Citizens. We want to build strong relationships of mutuality and reciprocity, develop local leaders and organise for transformation.

Amott Road Baptist Church is part of the London Baptist Association, the Baptist Union of Great Britain and part of the Anabaptist Mennonite Network.
