We will be sharing a meal together, and then marking Maundy Thursday with a Tenebrae service - which tells the story of the suffering and death of Jesus from John’s gospel with readings from the gospel and blowing out a candle after each reading. The last reading is done in near complete darkness and people leave the gathering in the dark. This can be a very dramatic and moving gathering, entering into the darkness of the crucifixion of Christ.
For catering purposes - please let us know if you are coming along. All ages welcome.
